Polo Nacional de contenidos digitales

This year, JoomlaDay ES is coming to one of the most dynamic hubs in Spain’s digital ecosystem. The National Digital Content Hub is much more than just a building: it’s 12,000 square meters dedicated to fostering innovation in video games, the metaverse, and the virtual and online worlds.

A trends laboratory where the future is built every day. A perfect setting for a community that is also building the future of the web.

    Nearest transport

    By air

Malaga-Costa del Sol airport is the fourth busiest airport in Spain, making the city one of the main tourist destinations in the country. The airport is perfectly connected to the centre of Malaga and to the train station, from where it is possible to travel to other towns on the Costa del Sol.

Malaga airport offers regular flights to dozens of national and international destinations, although it is in high season when the offer soars to more than 110 cities around the world. Domestic destinations include Bilbao, Fuerteventura, Santiago de Compostela, Valencia and Tenerife. The most common international destinations are Oslo, London, Berlin, Copenhagen, Milan and Krakow.

    By train

Getting to Malaga by train is one of the best options for residents of Spain. With the arrival of the AVE (High Speed Train) to the city in 2007, the distances to the main Spanish cities have been shortened. The main destinations from which passengers arrive in Malaga by train are: Madrid (2 hours and 40 minutes), Barcelona (6 hours), Seville (2 hours), Cordoba (1 hour) and Zaragoza (4 hours).

The train station in Malaga is called Maria Zambrano, it has all the necessary services for the reception of passengers and is located just a kilometre away from Calle Larios, the nerve centre of the city. It is also possible to travel by train from Malaga to other towns on the Costa del Sol, such as Torremolinos, Benalmádena or Fuengirola.
