Initially trained as a mechanical engineer, I spent 20 years in an industry unrelated to information technology. Then I began developing open-source web projects, mainly focused on SEO, including several extensions for Joomla!. What started as a hobby in 2006 became, three years later and to this day, my full-time job. I run Weeblr, a small company responsible for the development and support of our open-source CMS extensions.

Our main extensions for Joomla! are:

We also offer a range of free SEO-related products: 4Video, for embedding YouTube and Vimeo videos in an SEO-friendly way; 4Logs, for easily viewing Joomla log files; and SEOInfo, a browser extension for SEO.

I spend much of my time gathering all available information on SEO and marketing, experimenting with it to determine what should and shouldn’t be included in our extensions.
